Jaime
Our Australian steam member joined Flow Sauna's festival tour in 2023, he soon developed a thirst for deep sweat journeys and his mission began to start documenting the raw and authentic moments of how heat can truly create transformation. Ross and Jamie collectively work on the media and give a great deal of thought to the direction and editing of the content. Jaime was the main videographer, content creator and support crew for the successful world record attempt as the fastest human to circumnavigate Australia by Bonnie Hancock on multiple sail boats in 2022. Jaime is a training sauna master having completed the first courses of the Lithuanian heritage applying the techniques and practices used for thousands of years to access the huge potential of heat and cold therapy to invoke deeper layers of connection.
