The Lake Camp
The Lake Camp is 2 hours north of the historic city of Vilnius. Deep in the heart of the rural Lithuania with rolling green fields this area feels like Tuscany and is home to unique wetlands, a monastery, and our beautiful sauna campsite. There is a stunning lake with an island to visit- all activities catered for including kayaks and stand up paddle boards, swimming and of course traditional sauna Pirtis. We have a sauna house by the lake with accommodation above and tea house below and a separate traditional smoke sauna. There is a variety of accommodation from camping in your own tent to self catering cottages, A-frame lakeside huts, hanging tree huts and barn buildings. A trip for everyone, we have beach volleyball court, kids play areas, tipi hang out, outdoor cooking, firepits and more. This is a true connection back into nature. Relax unwind and come home to yourself. The furnishing and beds here are extremely comfortable, sheets are provided to all units and the campsite is beautifully maintained. According to the group we have various programmes for every requirement.
The Lakehouse
The Lakehouse sits in the countryside outside Kaunas in a quiet suburb. The venue itself is very spectacular. Housing up to 30 people with a variety of different bedrooms, there are 2 sections of the house dedicated for bunk beds therefore the option for male and female separation. Also there is separate double rooms and even a family room with a bed for 4 people. With a 25- 30 person capacity this venue is perfect for large events of multiple groups, or one large group. The house has a large hall with log burner for movement, yoga, and a large garden area next to the lake. There is a separate sauna house in the grounds with a large sauna for 25 plus, lounge and kitchen. On a large retreat you can find space here to be alone and rest. Alongside using the onsite sauna we will also visit other local saunas. Our stunning food menu will all be served in the hall and refreshments and snacks available all day.
The River House
Nestled into a beautiful suburb of Kaunas near the river, close to the forest, and 10 min drive from the city. Our art deco retreat house is home to our more luxurious intimate retreat. The house is beautifully considered, immaculate and very comfortable. From here we will venture out to the most authentic saunas in the area ranging from traditional smoke saunas to authentic open heated stone saunas, and more historic sauna houses. You will take part in traditional Pirtis with birch leaf whisks, and natural cold water swims. We will dine in and out of the house sampling Kauna’s vibrant city and restaurants.
