Dr Anastasia Belik
Dr Anastasia Belik oversees all marketing, business development, administration, contractual agreements, company legal items and logistics. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology (Ukrainian Catholic University), a PhD in Economics and Management, and a Master’s degree in International Economics. With over 20 years of executive international leadership experience, she is a vital team member. Her Ukrainian roots brings further detailed authentic knowledge of another traditional sauna culture. Her work within the retreats integrates psychological insight with integration of the experience. She has extensive experience in banya, hammam, mexican temescal and global steam rituals to support holistic wellbeing of body, mind, and emotional balance.
